At West Gate Dental, it is our mission to provide our patients with affordable, high-quality dental treatments that fits their budget! We understand that many people avoid getting necessary dental treatments or even cosmetic treatments for fear of breaking the bank. That's why we offer a variety of payment options—one of which is sure to meet your needs. If you have any questions about financing or payment, don't hesitate to ask one of the members of our warm and knowledgeable team! We promise to thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance & Accepted Forms of Payment

Currently, our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you can't pay for your dental treatment in one lump sum payment and would prefer to pay in installments, our practice also offers a 6 month no-interest financing option through the CareCredit system. Lastly, we accept many insurance plans and are considered a preferred provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross / Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • Delta
  • Ameritas
  • Cigna (DNSP only)
  • United Concordia (Concordia Advantage)

As you know, insurance policies vary. Once we've reviewed your insurance plan, we'll be able to determine the best course of action for you, our patient. Once your dental treatment has started, we will file your insurance claims. To help us with your insurance filing, we kindly ask that you complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Finally, please note that if during the course of dental treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
